Pingler will send your blog address to 91 ping services (a great many of them are Google in various countries), and you don't even have to sign up. You can use the service as a guest.
However, if you do choose to sign up, and purchase a premium account for $2.99 a month, you are allowed to store up the details of up to 25 websites in your account. These sites will be automatically pinged every three days. A premium account not only saves you the hassle of having to ping each of your sites manually, it ensures that pinging is performed frequently and in a timely manner.
I just head over there and submit my sites for free every few days.
